"A comfortable hotel with all the needed modern day amenities. I was particularly impressed with the pleasant nature of the staff despite a present language barrier. Brenda from the housekeeping team was truly amazing for the entire trip and made the stay even better for my travel party.
Special mention should be made of the breakfast service which was exceptional morning after morning."

"The room telephone was not operational. I asked the front desk for assistance twice, and it was never resolved. I was trying to order room service. So I had to walk downstairs each time I wanted service instead of having it delivered to my room. I wasn't happy about that."

"The Allbrook Inn was a beautiful hotel that was well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable, especially the pillows! The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The food in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful. The pool was clean and maintained every day. Nice deck and small forest on property that was very pretty full of beautiful plants and birds. Very pretty setting. Enjoyed our 9 day stay and would definitely stay there again."

"l selected Courtyard Marriott Multiplaza because of its positive reviews and being next to the mall :) but I was a bit disappointed by my stay. One issue was the inconsistent shower temperature, which kept fluctuating. There was also a noticeable pesticide-like odour, which was unpleasant in hallway and room (uncertain). On a positive note, the restaurant staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the food was fine. Overall, the hotel served its purpose, but the experience fell short of my...

"Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room daily. However, there were some maintenance items that needed attention. Half of the plug receptacles in the room were inoperable. However when anyone got up in the middle of the night to use the toilet, the lights shined right through and lit up the entire room. All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. They made our stay pleasant. The daily breakfast buffet had...
