"Beautiful property, a lil gem tucked away is the best kept secret! Home has a grand dining room, table & chairs seats for 18-20 guests! Definitely family style meals & conversations! During our stay they offered an evening meal for an extra fee and being we stayed there over the 4th of July weekend it was a great option !! Everyone was very nice, friendly and engaging— we will definitely be back! We stayed in the WINDOW room either private bathroom and the view? SPECTACULAR!! Thank you...

I was placed in a room designed to be handicap accessible. I do not have a physical disability but at first blush it looked set up properly for the purpose. "We were only here for one night and didn't use the pool, but the room was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the desk clerk was friendly. There is an interesting exhibit of coal mining equipment across the street but in general the location is not walking-friendly and you'll need to drive to get to restaurants."

"The best thing about it was the lovely older lady who checked us in. Our room needed A LOT of work. Curtains didn’t close properly and were broken(hanging off in certain places) the window wasn’t closed properly and I had to slam it to get it to close. The rust (maybe water damage) on the roof of the bathroom. The desk chair sat crooked. Best thing was that it was cheap, but you get what you pay for."
