Accommodating up to 10 people, it is composed of 5 bedrooms, air-conditioned and equipped with their adjoining bathroom. The villa also includes an equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and the living room. A lift is present within the villa. You can also benefit from a massage table.

Outside, dive into the swimming pool heated to 28° from May to September, rest on one of the 3 terraces.

To enjoy as you should with your family, we have a baby bed (travel cot) and a baby chair that we will lend you on request. You will also find adapted crockery as well as some games.
Board games and a game console (Nintendo Switch) are at your disposal.

Ideally located, the villa is by the sea in a quiet area.
In summer, take advantage of the farmers' market that is set up in the area.
A supermarket is 5 minutes away, the Royan museum and the Lido cinema are 10 minutes away.
Hiking trails are located near the villa.
On the leisure side, an 18-hole golf course is 12 minutes away, you can go surfing at the Royan surf club or go canoeing in a listed natural site.

Practical information
On arrival, our concierge, Tony, will welcome you at the villa and give you the keys. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, he will remain at your disposal for any questions. He will also be able to guide you and send you addresses and recommendations.

Cleaning and linen are included.
A parking space is provided in the property.

Events such as bachelorette parties are not allowed in the villa.
