"Excellent and very professional. Clean and friendly"

"The hotel is near restaurants and gas stations. It’s easy on and off I95 for travel. Our room was on the first floor and smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The floor had new laminate planks that were buckling. Thought maybe they had a recent flood. The shower/tub had gaps on both sides where it was installed. The bathroom mirror was too close to the sink faucet and needed a “make shift” cut out in order to operate the faucet. We should have asked for a different room but we were so tired and...

"This is our go to hotel in Santee. Always a great stay. Staff is always friendly , helpful and cheerful. Stayed with the grandkids this trip on the way back to Florida. Kids loved the pool and they were going to make me change hotels if the pool was closed and no waffle maker. Both were a success!!"

"The Orangeburg, SC Tru was a gem for travelers passing through. It was clean, accommodating in so many ways such as parking, food offerings, overall amenities were amazing and not to mention the customer service from check-in to check-out. I believe it was Ameillia who always pleasant, provided great recommendations for great eats, and more. The staff was just GREAT! We would stay there again!"

"The room was damp. It could be due to the heat and the air conditioning being on causing the air to be moist and then making the sheets to be damp. I leaf my sweater on the chair and the next moring it was extremely damp. The room was clean from mess but the room was extremely dusty. Staff was nice."
