Gorgeous setting, helpful staff, excellent food. Only complaint is that we had to sit outside in the rain waiting to check in. Webpage says the lounge is available to guests who arrive before 4:00 pm check in time.

Staff are brilliant here. Tam the chef makes tasty meals ,can recommend the carvery for an evening meal and the pancakes at breakfast were yummy. Well maintained room with views of the river Clyde just a few metres away. The only consideration would be that the sides of the bath may prove too high for older or less mobile guests. All food and drink seemed well enjoyed by everyone we spoke to. This proved a very enjoyable break.
