Interior size is 110m2 and balcony is12m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the hallway and the other air conditioner is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
    PARKING: Free public parking space can be found near the property.

Apartment Tanja was comfortable and well appointed with all the necessities. It has a marvelous view and I took an awesome sunset photo from the balcony. The neighborhood is a bit noisy in the evening, but the windows and sliding doors block out the noise very well. The apartment is very roomy and relaxing. We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely apartment in Rovinj

We were met on arrival by our host who was helpful and friendly. The apartment was lovely with a great view towards the old town, and plenty of room for the four of us (adults). It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was great being in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk to a supermarket, and about 15 minutes walk to the old town. There was an exellent resturarant just down the road too.

Excellent, comfortable apartment with great view

The apartment is fantastic, it is spacious, very clean and nice, very well equipped it has everything you need for your stay. The beach is 5 mins away by bike, the nearest shop is 150 metres from the apartment, city of Rovinj is also very close (easily reachable on foot or by bike as well). The host, Tanja is super welcoming, the apartment is definitely recommended.

Great stay!

Our host was Tanja and she was friendly and helpful. The apartment was at the top floor and required a few steps to get there. The bedrooms are at the top of a narrow spiral staircase. We left our suitcases downstairs and got what we needed. It would be a challenge to haul a large suitcase up those stairs. It is close to downtown and could be walked. We drove and parking was difficult. We had a heated towel rack; that was nice.

Our stay for 3 nights at apartment Tanja was wonderful. It was very clean and well-equipped. A market and cafe are right around the corner and the city center.a 15-20 minute walk. The parking on site was temporary to unload bags and people, but the free parking lot is just around the corner. As noted by others, the spiral staircase to the rooms on the 2nd floor are narrow, but there is plenty of room in the apartment downstairs to leave bags that are too big or heavy to take upstairs. The roof top deck was wonderful for a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink. We were also allowed to use the washing machine and then dried clothes on the rack on the upstairs deck. I highly recommend this quiet apartment and neighborhood as a home base for exploring Rovinj and the surrounding areas.

Bonito apartamento, próximo a Rovinj histórico, distribuido en dos plantas comunicadas por una escalera de caracol. Tanto la bienvenida como la despedida con los a anfitriones ha sido muy agradable, como la estancia. El barrio es silencioso y hemos dormido muy, muy bien.

Schon im Vorfeld der Reise wurden wir optimal betreut. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Tanja. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, liegt fußläufiger Entfernung zur Altstadt und dem Park am Goldenen Horn. Die Lage ist optimal zur Erkundung Istriens. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic time at Tanja's apartment. The owner of the property, Tanja, welcomed us very late in the night as our flight was delayed. Tanja was always available for any of our requirements and her family was also so welcoming. We felt very at home. Extremely great place for a lovely break in Rovinj. Highly recommended.

Einfach nur toll! Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir sind spontan doch um 2 Personen mehr gewesen und mussten nur einen kleinen Aufpreis bezahlen. Die Klimaanlage hat toll funktioniert, was in einer Dachgeschoßwohnung wirklich wichtig ist. Die Küchenaustattung war super, eine Filterkaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler waren bei 7 Personen natürlich ein Hit! :-D Auch die Tische waren groß genug für unsere Gruppe, wir konnten also immer alle zusammen frühstücken und den Abend auf der Dachterrasse ausklingen lassen. Die Lage zum Strand und ins Zentrum von Rovinj waren ebenfalls super, jeweils nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß! Alles in allem war es wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt
