"This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. The view from the balcony is lovely, although the seagulls could be a bit territorial. It is definitely a family-friendly place. "Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. "

"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! "
