Spend days by the natural spring-inspired pool, practice yoga on the pond deck, host an al-fresco dinner in the courtyard, and end the night gathered around the fire pit. A luxurious yet laid-back haven in the heart of Round Top!

Main House (Sleeps 8)

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + sitting area with walk in closet + en-suite bathroom w/ double vanity, soaking tub, private toilet, and large walk in shower. Generous closet has hanging space + hangers, steamer, a luggage rack, vanity/desk space, ample storage and a discreet murphy bed for a child or extra guest.

- Secondary Bedroom: King bed + walk in closet with hanging space + hangers, steamer, a luggage rack, and built in dresser + en-suite bathroom w/ a double vanity, private toilet and a walk in shower

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property including the main house, both cottages, fire pit, pool, and pond.



The Neighborhood:

Located right next door to the Compound, just 2.5 miles from the center of Round Top!



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting Hostie's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 4% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



The full property is available to book up to 12 months in advance. Must be 25+ years old to book.



Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.



Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $20,000 with an added fee of $125 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.



Pet Policy: No Pets



Additional guest fees will apply for occupancy beyond the standard overnight capacity. Standard overnight occupancy is 19 guests

- Additional guests beyond 19 (up to 25 total guests) will incur a $35 per person guest fee

- Groups exceeding 25 guests, or gatherings requiring additional rentals, will be classified as events and subject to event rental policies and pricing



Security and Liability Notice: External cameras are installed at the front and back doors of the main house, pool area, and firepit for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. Hosts may monitor external cameras via a secure smartphone app. Cameras must not be tampered with or covered.
