Beautiful location

The property managers were the nicest people & very quick to respond. Couldn’t be happier about that. However, the house is in dire need of a deep cleaning & a refresh of bed linens.

Family Wedding

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on Friday and left on sunday. The owner greeted us and was very accommodating.His manager Joel was a phone call away for anything we needed. I had my 85 yr old mom with me and she has difficulty walking. I only wish there was a room on the first floor. This is a great home for large families. Very large decks. It was nice to see my adult kids sit and reminiscing with their cousins. Between the hot tub, playing corn hole and just sitting back relaxing before the wedding was awesome! Everyone had their own space. Enjoyed watching the deer in the early morning. My sons also enjoyed the hiking.

Good rental but inaccurate listing

This review was initially going to be a lower rating (3), but the interactions with the host made up some of that difference. I do think overall this rental is a good value, but there are definitely some issues. I would rent this house again once they are fixed.The good. The listing allows dogs, includes quite a few beds, has plenty of space for post-slopes activities (board / card games, drinks, and meals), and has a hot tub. The property has plenty of space out back, though we weren’t able to walk / see all of it (snow). I was late checking in, but the host still waited around until arrival. Checking out, the host shoveled and cleared the driveway; unexpected and certainly appreciated.The bad. The house was clean, but some rooms needed some attention. Not that big of an issue personally, but worth mentioning. The listing advertises five queen bedrooms and one 2x double room. The actual room config is five queens, no two doubles. The doubles are in the five rooms, so beds match but rooms don’t. The host’s child lives in a detached building on the property, not mentioned in the listing. The two biggest issues: one bedroom has a faulty outside access door, and that the banquet room is not accessible. The room’s balcony door doesn’t close properly, letting a lot of cold air in 24/7. The banquet hall is pictured in the listing, but is boarded off / off limits. That should be mentioned in the listing, as it was another big reason I chose this rental over others in the area.

This was our first time here, and out of all of the other homes we've stayed, this was beyond outstanding. The most impressive part were the owners John and his son. I can not give enough stars for these two. As for the property and house/villa, everything was awesome. There is enough room for everyone. From little things such as water pressure, to utensils, to parking, no need to worry, it's all covered. Thank you guys for making the weekend that much more special. See you next year.
