Kozy Quiet Private Cottage

The cottage, which sets on the back of three acres, shares its outdoor space with exotic hens and lots of deer. Entering the cottage you’ll find a cozy and relaxed setting. The refrigerator and cabinets are stocked with fun provisions. The kitchen is fully functional to prepare whatever is needed. The living area, with satellite tv and board games, provides plenty of reading and local brochures.The bathroom has a full shower and more provisions should you have forgotten something. In the back is a granite table with grill, several strings of lights and a nice big fire pit.

House was very cozy, clean, and host goes above and beyond to provide extras for her guests. Refrigerator was stocked with fresh eggs, cheese, ham etc for breakfast sandwiches. Drinks, juices, milk and coffee creamers also provided. Warm cookies upon our arrival - and pantry stocked with various snacks - had never stayed at a place so well stocked with treats and goodies. Bed was comfy - good pillows and soft quilts. Wish we had been able to use the giant firepit outside - but our stay was short and rainy. She also provides all the ingredients to make s’mores! Can’t say enough good things about the cabin and the hospitality - would love to stay again in the future.

We had an amazing visit. I consider Kim one of the best hosts I we have ever dealt with. There were snacks and fresh eggs not to forget a warm coffee cake right out of the oven . Rooms are clean and so cozy. We can’t wait to come back !!

Nice cozy guest house. Perfect size to quickly unwind. They had a lot of the necessary items to make the stay convenient, including utensils, a Keurig machine, and plenty of towels. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable as well.I only had one minor inconvenience. When I came in, it was quite stuffy because of the heat fans being on. I had to turn on the AC units to adjust that. The window AC unit in the room was a bit old, so it struggled to adequately cool the room down well enough to sleep comfortably; so I had a bit of an uncomfortable night of sleep. The mini-split in the main room was also not of much help either.Otherwise, it was a nice place stay.

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely wonderful stay! The kitchen was stocked with delicious food, the house was decorated beautifully, and it’s located about 20-30 minutes from beautiful towns and state parks. We were able to go have our adventures and then come home to our cozy place and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. There was even a warm loaf of the most delicious lemon bread when we arrived! I can not recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back!

Charming Cottage Perfect Host

From initial reservation till we alas had to return home, our stay was pure perfection. Kimberly our host was friendly, thoughtful, and so kind. Although she offered to help and respond to anything we might need, there was absolutely no need because there wasn’t anything she didn’t already think of and provide. The accommodations were comfortable, homelike, and each room addressed any need we might need.The atmosphere and overall feeling was cozy, charming and cozy. There were chickens just outside providing us the delicious farm fresh eggs. They We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to make return visits. Thank you Kimberly for helping to make our much needed mini vacation perfection personified.

Amazing and Unique

Four sheep greeted me in the morning as I loaded my car :-) It's truly a gem and all of the effusive reviews are well-deserved. I would definitely stay there again. I won't go into all of the "goodies" they provide, as I don't want to spoil it for you, but the hosts truly go above and beyond. Wonderful experience. Thank you!

5 Star Peaceful Cottage Getaway

I would describe this property and cottage as cozy, clean, and peaceful. I was greeted by Kim, sheep, and chickens upon arrival. It was very nice getting out of the city and exploring nature in Marble Falls. Less than 15 miles from Marble Falls and about 30-45 minutes to Inks Lake State Park. After hours of exploring it was great to return to the cottage for a warm shower and comfortable bed to sleep in. 5 stars all around. I strongly recommend staying at The Kozy Cottage. Thank you Kim!

Perfect Get-away

Cozy private cottage with everything you could want or need. Lots of goodies in the fridge for late evening snacks or an early breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much we re-booked before check out for our next visit to the area!

A Hidden Gem

This property was small, but really all you need. The check-in was seamless, inside was clean and organized, fridge was stocked full of goodies, etc. Not to mention the communication between the owner and I was lightning fast and easy. The attention to detail from the owners is impeccable. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our time there and will be coming back. If you're not sure where to stay in the area, stay here. Literally no better bang for your buck.

Hidden Gem

What a great place to stay! The owner of the property thought of absolutely everything and if you forgot something, it’s there! Multiple types of coffee makers and coffee. And the frig was stocked with so many unexpected treats and farm fresh eggs! The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor space in the back was great! We will definitely stay here again!
