Are you looking for a comfortable pied-à-terre ideally located in Rouen? We offer you this one-bedroom flat, located on the 4th floor of a secure residence, right next to the magnificent Jardin des Plantes.

Le Solent offers you a trip to the seaside that combines practicality and comfort. Enjoy its pleasant, bright living room with sofa bed, coffee table, television and WIFI.

The open-plan kitchen is fitted and equipped with everything you need to feel at home and enjoy a delicious meal: microwave, hob, extractor fan, storage space, basic equipment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, etc...

The bedroom promises peaceful moments with its 180x200 double bed, storage space and desk area. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge with this accommodation.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, heated towel rail and WC. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.

Ideal for a tourist or professional stay, this accommodation offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay in Rouen, with easy street parking and close proximity to public transport.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

A supplement will be charged if you wish to use sheets for the sofa bed. In this case, please contact us.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. From Rouen-Rive-Droite station, take the metro to the ‘Europe’ stop. From there, it's just a 5-minute walk to the apartment building.

Access to the city centre:

The flat is about 10-15 minutes from the city centre by bus or metro, with stops nearby to take you directly to Rouen's main attractions such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, Place du Vieux-Marché, or the quays of the Seine.

Please note that the residence has a lift and that the flat is located on the 4th floor.

Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures must be no later than 11:00.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! For any special requests, please contact the Cour de l'ArchiDuchesse.

Please note that this flat is the owners' main residence. Therefore, they live in the flat and rent it out when they are away, allowing travellers to stay in an authentic domestic environment. The owners are happy to make their equipment available to you and to provide you with cupboard space to organise your belongings. However, please respect their privacy and do not open cupboards that are closed/marked as private.

Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
