This F5 flat offers a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.
The flat is fully equipped to meet all your needs. Enjoy the comfort of a cosy living room with sofa and television to relax after a busy day, a fully equipped modern kitchen (coffee maker, hob, oven, kettle, fridge, kitchen utensils) to prepare delicious meals, four bedrooms for a cosy night's sleep, a bathroom and shower room for added convenience, and broadband wifi to keep you connected!
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation. Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A flat fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval from our concierge team.

Rue de Sotteville is located in the dynamic residential area to the south of the city, close to Rouen's city centre but with a quieter, friendlier atmosphere.
Rue de Sotteville is mainly a residential area, with a mix of detached houses and flat blocks. It's a quiet place to relax after a busy day, perfect for families or travellers looking for a peaceful break.
The area is well served by local shops, including bakeries, grocery shops, pharmacies and small restaurants. The Sotteville-lès-Rouen market, just a few minutes' drive away, is a great place to discover fresh local produce.
The area around Rue de Sotteville also offers a number of green spaces, including the Jardin des Plantes, a park ideal for family walks, picnics or just relaxing. It's a popular spot for its peaceful setting and themed gardens.

In just a few minutes by car or tram, you can reach the historic heart of Rouen, with its famous monuments such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Gros-Horloge, and the Place du Vieux-Marché, where Joan of Arc was burnt.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is located on the thrid floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may find access difficult.
Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and departures by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all our guests are provided with household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.), as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen garbage can bag, bathroom garbage can bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials, or delivery can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. When you confirm your stay, you'll receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our special offers with promotional codes for our partners of choice, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
La cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment rental, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, event organization (wedding proposal, birthday party, room theme ...) and much more! For any special requests, please contact the ArchiDuchesse courtyard.
Please note that this apartment is the owners' main residence. Therefore, they live in the apartment and rent it out when they are away, allowing travelers to stay in an authentic domestic environment. The owners are happy to put their equipment at your disposal and to make space in the closets for you to organize your belongings. However, please respect their privacy and do not open closets that are closed/marked as private.
Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow all instructions, whether concerning opening hours or the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (250€ deducted from the security deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (50€ deducted from the security deposit), that pets are forbidden (50€ deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.

Comfortable and clean
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Communication was good, the flat is very comfortable and clean, with plenty of space for our party of three. It's a couple of minutes walk from the nearest tram stop, with local shops and restaurants nearby too.

Great apparement and service
We were looking for a large and sunny apartment in the left bank area. Cosy jungle was lovely.
Spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped.
+ : large parking area (free of charge)
+/- : tram underneath. Can be convenient for public transport.
Archiduchesse has provided great advice and service.
