Welcome to Bob's, a unique and surprising house located in the heart of Rouen, in the highly sought-after Hôtel de Ville district! Whether you are visiting for work or pleasure, this unusual residence promises you an unforgettable experience.

Located just a few steps from the Town Hall, you will be at the heart of Rouen life with easy access to the city's shops, restaurants and historical sites. Take advantage of free private parking just a few minutes' walk from your accommodation.

With a surface area of 70m², Bob is accessible via a charming shared courtyard where you can enjoy a small table and chair for a moment of relaxation. Bob is a pretty half-timbered house full of charm on several levels. You can access the different landings via stairs!

On the ground floor, you will find a reception area with a cupboard serving as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a shower room.

Go up one floor and enjoy a desk area for teleworking or for a reading break! On the upper floor, you will find the bright and comfortable living room with a sofa, television, speaker, dining table/seating and a separate fitted and equipped kitchen. You will have everything you need in the kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

On the top floor, enjoy a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, leading to a private bathroom with WC. Push open the secret door in the library to access the second bedroom with its double bed. Discover this hidden corner, which adds a touch of mystery to your stay.

The house has fibre optic broadband and ironing facilities for short and long stays! You will also find a free cot and high chair on site, much to the delight of little ones and parents alike!

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

Rue Coignebert is located in Rouen, Normandy, and is served by several public transport options, mainly managed by the Astuce network, which covers the Rouen conurbation. Here is some information about public transport around rue Coignebert:

Bus :
Line T2 (Teor): This bus line crosses several districts of Rouen and may pass close to rue Coignebert.
Line 13: This serves various districts of Rouen, and a stop near rue Coignebert could be located on this line.
Route 20: This is another bus route serving nearby areas.
TEOR:
TEOR is a high service level bus (BHNS) that offers lines with a high frequency. Lines T1, T2, and T3 pass through the centre of Rouen and near rue Coignebert.

Metro :
The Rouen metro may also be an option. Although rue Coignebert is not directly next to a metro station, line M can be used from the Théâtre des Arts or Palais de Justice stations, which are not far away.

Please note that the house has stairs. People with reduced mobility may therefore find access difficult.

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
