Would you like to enjoy your coffee while taking in the view of beautiful Lake Tegernsee? Then our cozy, non-smoking vacation home—in a unique location right on the lake—is the perfect place for you!
To make your stay as unforgettable as possible, you’ll find a fully equipped, cozy kitchen-living room (Gaggenau oven and microwave, induction stove, dishwasher...).
The spacious living room with a separate dining area comfortably seats up to eight people, where you can watch TV or a DVD, browse through books, or try out one of the many board games.
On the first floor, in addition to the staircase and entryway, there is a guest restroom and a separate (steam) shower.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with mountain or lake views and the bathroom, which features a bathtub/shower, two sinks, and a toilet.
The large garden, complete with patio furniture and lounge chairs, is perfect for relaxing or playing soccer and is shared with the apartment. Your four-legged friends can also run around freely. A grill is, of course, also available. The terraces offer unobstructed views of the lake and mountains but do not have railings!
The beach is just a stone’s throw away.
An ideal starting point for walks, hikes, mountain biking, road bike tours, skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and sledding—everything is within minutes’ reach.

A stroll through town takes you along the lake.
