Relaxing Getaway

I absolutely love this home it was clean and spacious. My family had a great time while visiting friends near by. We had everything we needed for preparing meals. The beach accessories were a great addition. The pool was heated which was nice. The beds were comfortable and garage was a plus. Will stay again

Beautiful House

From check in to check out we absolutely loved the house and pool. Had a minor issue with the garage door but constant communication with the property owner made the issue seem non existent as they responded quickly and had it addressed. Can’t wait for next years trip as we will definitely be staying here again.

Family Birthdays

The Home was beautiful. We were in town to celebrate birthdays and really only slept there as we spent time with family and friends.Unfortunately no time to swim but the pool looked awesome. The neighborhood was very quiet!

Spring Break trip

We enjoyed the home and the area. We stayed for twelve days. Most of our time there was just the two of us. We had company for about four days that included our adult children and two grandsons, ages 4 and 7. The home worked well for us. The outdoor area and pool were nice to have! We ate at the house several times and found items needed to cook and grill. Beds and pillows are comfy!

Great stay!

House has everything you need. Clean with very comfortable beds. Perfect location for golf trip. Host very responsive to questions; and provided excellent recommendations for dining and other activities in the area. Check in/out very easy. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful Stay

We appreciated the property host's quick response to any questions that we had. The house was clean and roomy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the pool and lanai were top-notch! We booked for next year!

Perfect Location

We had a great long weekend. Everything was great! If I could add one small downside there were no dressers or luggage racks so we had to leave our things on the ground. Not a deal breaker, just something to note.

Big house, comfortable, great location!

Rotonda was given to us as a tip from friends as the „better Cape Coral“ and we definitely were super happy going there. The location is perfect to easily reach Manasota and all the beautiful beaches in the area. Checkin was super easy. We received all information beforehand and Kristina was very responsive and easy to reach. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Also the beds were very comfy. It could have been a tad cleaner but we gave the feedback to Kristina and she wanted to take it to the cleaning lady. The house is older and is in need of some slight maintenance but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed Kristina as a host.

Just what we needed

The house was ideal for our family, with the pool being a favorite among my daughter. The pool was of the perfect size and the water temperature was consistently comfortable. Krystyna, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and always responded promptly to our inquiries. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Good Time!

The exterior curb appeal of the property looks outdated and in need of some TLC but the interior was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. Areas have been updated with new floors. Kitchen needs updating but new appliances plus washer and dryer in garage were a plus. Large screened in (some holes in the screen) heated pool at no extra charge was a hit with our 3 Grandkids! Can't beat the location, about 15 minutes to Englewood Beach , and seemed like a quiet safe area. There were beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels there as well. Checked all the boxes for us...clean, spacious 3 bedroom house, heated pool at no extra charge, close to the beach and reasonable rent!

Pleasant Place

The house was perfect for our family. The house was clean and our kids enjoyed the solar-heated pool. The beach is close, but if you are looking for mini-golf, there is not anything close by.

Great rental home

We really appreciated this rental home. The inside was very spacious and had plenty of room. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Host was responsive to our questions. Appreciated that they had beach chairs to use! Everything was very clean.

Quick vacation rental

The home was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Great communication with the owner always. House was stocked nicely with items you would need. A couple negatives, not deal breakers by any means though. 1-heating/cooling systems on the walls were a little difficult to operate; had to google instructions for the remotes. 2-house is older so some things are showing wear (rips in screens, pool area doors, etc) 3-if you have back problems, there really isn’t a comfy place to sit or sleep. The mattresses are pretty firm as well as the couch. Also outside furniture is very hard. Could benefit from maybe a nice soft recliner in the living room and/or optional pillow top covers for the beds. But like I said above, these were not deal breakers for us. Overall the house is nice and in a great neighborhood, also backing up to a golf course. Not to mention, it’s much better than staying in a hotel for a week anytime! We are gracious to the host for allowing us to use her home.
