They say you get what you pay for..but we didn't. We got so much more ! The home is comfortable, homey, open, inviting. You felt at home immediately. It is spacious, has every amenity you could need and more! Pool stuff, beach stuff, bikes! The beds are very comfortable, lots of couches to spread out on if you ever get out of the pool! My family spent so much time in the pool, creating so many new memories and having so much fun prior to our son leaving for college this month. Our trip was planned to spend time with the kids' grandparents and their cousin, who live nearby. We had a great cookout on the lanai, so much room for everyone to have a place to sit and eat in the shade! I would definitely recommend this home and we will use it again in the future. The owners were very responsive and nice. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a perfect vacation! Thank you for opening your home to us!

They thought of everything...

Spacious home stocked with everything we needed for our family. It truly felt like our home away from home. It doesn't say in the listing, but there is beach stuff (chairs, sifters, umbrellas and even kids beach toys) in the garage. With the pool and beach days..... the fact that there are 2 washers and 2 dryers is amazing. Wifi was spotty, but the host responded with some troubleshooting suggestions. We would definitely stay again.

Great house !!

Great house, spacious and clean, back yard and pool super !! My sons played and the golf course just 2 minutes from house, the really enjoy the time!!! Beaches pristine and just 12 minutes driving… LOVE IT

Good rental!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and easy to access, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out. The two washers and dryers were a huge plus, especially with kids. Speaking of which, the kids absolutely loved the pool—it was a highlight of the trip! It’s about a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it convenient without being in the middle of all the crowds. Would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Lots of room and they thought of everything. We went to the beach one day and brought chairs and beach toys. The pool was great as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Fishing trip for tarpon

Had a great time, the house was perfect for our fishing trip. Three adults so we each had our own room. After a long hot day of fishing the pool was so nice, perfect temp. I would stay here again for sure! Two thumbs up.

Enjoyable and Relaxing!

A very spacious and relaxing place to spend our two weeks. So and grandson were there for a week and our grandson thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable and it was so peaceful and quiet on the dead end road and looking out at the golf course! Hope to be back next year! Thanks Jack and Pat!

Christmas Vacation

We loved our stay at this property as it was all the things advertised and close to our Florida family. This was the first Christmas we were all able to spend together in 14 years and it was perfect. The owners were fine with us setting up a tree and having family over for Christsmas dinner. The house had all the things we needed and the kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The location is close to the key and all of our favorite places in the area, we would definitely recommend it to any family!

My family recently stayed at this property as we were in town for a celebration of life. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Not only was the property absolutely gorgeous with every amenity available you could ever think of, the owners were so wonderful and responsive to every need we had throughout the week. the place was clean, the only thing that needs more care is the pool area it needs a little more upkeep and update the tiles other than that the blinds in the house do need replacing as well. we had a wonderful time house has everything you need.

Excellent Place

The home was very clean and near plenty of local beaches. The owners were very active in the upkeep of the property and notified me of anything that happened to be taking place during my stay (filter change on the pool, etc.) I would definitely stay again in the future.

LOVE Englewood Beach!!!

We loved this stay! This house was perfect for our family vacation!!! It was my parents and four siblings (we’re all adults) and we had the best time!!!! Such a good house to relax at, have family meals, game nights, and loved that the beach was only 15 minutes away. This was one of our favorite places to stay!

Beautiful home

Couldn’t have asked for a better spring break with my family. We love Rotunda and the home was beautiful and large. Pool and lanai were very nice and clean. The owners were amazing. They worked extra hard to have the home in great shape after the hurricane so that we did not have to cancel. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing Florida Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was charming and had everything we needed! It was very clean and an easy check in. The air conditioning worked great which was a relief after long days at the beach and the pool was the perfect temperature. We spent lots of time outside on the lanai just lounging and appreciated the evenings we didn’t go out but still received a great sunset over the golf course. The location was great! An easy drive to many different beaches with Englewood Beach being the closest and one of our favorites! There is a great little tiki bar across the street worth checking out and is great for all ages. We will definitely be staying here again and 100% recommend it!
