    As you step into our tastefully furnished Rotonda West retreat, you'll instantly feel at home. The open-concept living area welcomes you with its airy ambiance, stylish decor, and ample seating. After a long day of exploring the area, sink into the plush sofas and unwind while enjoying your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. There are 3 big flat TVs around the house.

    The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting modern appliances, granite countertops, and an island with barstool seating. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or brewing your morning coffee, this kitchen has: pots and pans, toaster, blender, coffee machine, kettle, all tableware, silverware, cookware, drinkware etc.

    There are 4 bedrooms in this house.
    Bedroom 1: King size primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
    Bedroom 2: King size bed
    Bedroom 3: Queen size bed
    Bedroom 4: Full size bunk bed. (sleeps 4)

    Beach equipment:
    There are beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and inflatables in the garage that can be used for beach trips! There are also beach towels in the closet. (please use beach towels when going to the beach rather than house towels)

    Babies:
    This house is fully equipped for having a baby/toddler. There is a high chair, stroller, car seat, bassinet, and pack&play stored in the garage.

    Outdoor Oasis
    Step outside to discover your private outdoor oasis. The screened-in lanai is the ideal spot to savor your morning coffee while taking in the tranquil views of the lush backyard. The lanai is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining area for al fresco meals. Spacious house, good sized bedrooms

The house is great. Very spacious bedrooms, having two king sized beds is great for going with multiple families. Great pool, kids loved the games.

We were excited to spend two weeks in Val’s beautiful home in our favorite area of southern FL! The home is tastefully decorated, clean, updated and welcoming. We spent days walking in the safe neighborhood, sitting poolside and going to the local beaches. In the evenings we enjoyed the back patio and the large screen tv for movies. Val responded quickly to all questions. We are grateful for the warm hospitality.

Wonderful week in a beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay in Rotonda West! The house was clean and spacious enough for all of us - 4 adults & 8 kids! A highlight was definitely enjoying the heated pool in a beautiful setting. We were a little disappointed to realize that the Englewood beach was still closed because of hurricane damage but we loved finding SO many shark teeth at Manasota Key beach and enjoyed the beauty of Boca Grande beach. We also enjoyed dinner at Sharky's by the Pier in Venice and the Ice cream boat that showed up at Nakomis beach. Val was responsive and helpful during our stay. We were also very grateful for the pack-n-play, high chair and stroller since we flew in from up North.
