This newly renovated home, features a large, spacious kitchen, beautiful extra large pool, and relaxing lanai area, Free-WIFI nestled on a quiet canal lot. Just 10-15 minutes from beautiful Englewood beaches or the breathtaking beach on Boca Grande.
Fully stocked kitchen, dishes to utensils, cookware, and towels, bed linens, all amenities, including, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven/range, coffee and wine bar will make you feel like home. For your convenience, enjoy morning coffee and breakfast poolside on the lanai, there is a coffee maker and toaster, or eat-in nook dining area for 6 overlooks the heated saltwater pool area.
The master suite is located on the opposite side of the house, with a cozy king-sized bed, new smart Roku TV, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and two bowl vanity. Linens and a hairdryer, shampoo, and body wash are provided. Patio doors which lead directly to screened pool/lanai area.

Located just beyond the kitchen there are two spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser space, and a smart Roku TV. The third bedroom, has a king bed, closet, and dressers, Roku TV and a patio door that overlooks heated salt water pool and lanai area.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo, sink, a mirror, linens, bath towels and 6 pool/beach towels. For added convenience, there is a door that directly leads to the pool area.

The family room has comfy sofa, loveseat and swivel chair, with large screen Roku TV and desk area. This all opens up to the large eat-in kitchen, and heated salt water pool lanai area. Enjoy the beautiful view from the living room to the pool and back yard.

Laundry/Mud room with washer and dryer conveniently located just off the kitchen and garage, with starter laundry supplies for you convenience.

A lanai area for relaxing and enjoying Florida wildlife. Pool over looking backyard and canal. Six lounge chairs, love seat, 2 chairs and a table for four, for added space to enjoy lunch or dinners on the Lanai. For added convenience, there is also a separate washroom adjacent to the heated salt water pool, or take advantage of the outdoor shower.

There is a BBQ Grill with a propane tank for grilling lunches by the pool or dinner under the stars.

In the garage for your use, are six beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, beach toys and yard games to make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.

Toilet paper, and paper towels are provided to get you started for your stay.
Security ring devices add additional peace of mind.
