Your prime location also provides you with easy access to many of Florida's other charming cities, such as Venice, Sarasota, and Fort Myers.

Outside, appreciate the Florida sunshine at its finest! Located right on the canal, you can fish from the private backyard. When you're ready to set the line aside, dip into the turquoise waters of the enclosed, private pool. Relaxation is inevitable in this space, so feel free to kick your feet up and do some bird and turtle-watching from the comfort of the sun-soaked lanai.

THINGS TO KNOW

Home comes with access to two bicycles, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, a shark tooth/seashell skimmer, towels, a cooler, a beach bag, and pool & beach floaties & toys.
Heating up the pool will cost an additional fee.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
