"Muy amables la cama muy comoda, en Wausau no hay nada que hacer fui a dejar a mi hija al camp y el hotel cumplio con mis expectativas, la comida no es buena, no pudan frijoles que los sirven frios en Wisconsin. Fuera de eso todo bien El personal del hotel muy amable porque me dejo el avion y me regrese al cuarto porque no habia otro vuelo hasta el dia siguiente y se compadecieron de mi y me hicieron traslado del aeropuerto a las 4 am "

"Truly amazing hosts, Dan and Margaret make you feel so welcome. Their breakfasts are amazing, tarts and apple crisp to augment omelettes and pancakes! They take time to get to know their guests. The surrounding acres are beautiful riverside that you can take advantage of via kayak or canoe. It is adjacent to a YMCA facility so the stay is quiet and serene. Proximate to Rib Mountain park for hiking, or two renowned art museums, including the Leigh Yawkey Woodson "Birds in art" museum, it makes...

"A really magnificent departure from the mid-range, vanilla hotels that we business travelers frequent. You'll experience coolness overload when you stay here. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the communal areas are stunning in a way that fans of Gustav Stickley, Teco, Weller, etc won't easily forget. The breakfast was superb too. The only drawback-It was really hot, and the A/C in this old girl couldn't keep up. Luckily there was a large fan in the room. Walking...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Wausau! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and spotless, making it easy to relax. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed in room 237 which is directly across from the stairwell. Cold air gushed up the stairs and into our room. There was no good way to regulate the temperature. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had problems. However I will never stay in that room again."

"Me gusto la piscina y area de entretenimiento para niños. No me gusto q habian personas tarde en la noche haciendo mucho ruido."

"The hotel was a bit pricey and the hotel wasn't really a 5 I found the toilet very low at 70 year old also the room was located over a area where there was a constant vibration which could be felt in the bed and we were on the 4th floor"

"Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. During our seven day stay they never did "INCREDIBLE" cleaning service, and they do it to pay the housekeeping employees less. On the third day we called reception...

"Me pareció una excelente experiencia."

"Muy mal servicio en la recepcion, espere mas de 20 minutos para recibir mi habitacion....una exageracion lo que toman de deposito para incidentes"
