Apartamento de 3 dormitorios, recientemente renovado y con magníficas vistas al mar. El apartamento en sí se encuentra a una corta distancia a pie (5 minutos) de la terminal principal de ferry a Wemyss Bay y también está cerca de todos los servicios que se pueden encontrar en la ciudad de Rothesay. 2 habitaciones con cama doble, la otra con literas, lo que la hace ideal para escapadas familiares o parejas. La impresionante cocina, diseñada e instalada profesionalmente, es un lugar agradable para disfrutar de la cocina o una copa de vino después de explorar las muchas cosas que hacer en la isla. This place is in an excellent location, close to everything you need in town, plenty of space within the apartment. My husband and I enjoyed drinking tea in the evenings while listening to the waves and playing chess. Gordon was very detailed with the check in process and with overall communication!

Perfect flat, with a beautiful view. Lots of space for the family & our wee dog. Everything that you need for a holiday with a family of a variety of ages. We have been before to this flat before and will visit again. The flat is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I love the decor and describe the flat as a quirky little museum. We had a lovely time in Bute. Excellent location. Appartment had everything in it that we needed. It is very spacious. The views from the living room were stunning. We loved watching the boats coming in and going out from the harbour. Excellent communication with Gordon the hpst when we had a couple of queries. He respindee immediately. We would return again.

We stayed in this property for 3 days . It was clean and very comfortable. Modern appliances in kitchen, modern bathroom and lovely large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Location could not have been better , right across from shore ,amazing views and 5 min walk into town .

The flat was everything we could have hoped for. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Gordon, the host, has thought of everything that you could possibly need. we were a party of 5 adults ( Mother, Father and 3 20 somethings) and 2 dogs. We loved the view of the water and watching the boats. Food from local takeaways was excellent and delivery was quick. Weather was awful but we still managed to go to Ettrick Bay and Mount Stuart. Bute highland games took place on the Saturday of our stay. We were a little apprehensive about the ferry but the journey over was flawless. We appreciated the fact that as the flat was unoccupied the night before we could have early check in. Thanks Gordon.

Gorgeous flat a credit to the owner. Handy location and central to all amenities. Great views of the harbour. Gordon was superb and on hand for any problems that we encountered. Very welcoming and friendly chap. 😊

The flat was lovely. It catered beautifully for our needs. It is a short walk from the town centre and the views over the bay are excellent. All of the rooms were excellent and very much suited any needs we had. Loved the modern kitchen and the information folder was very welcoming and specific. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The property was a charming combination of contemporary and traditional. Lovely place. Everything was supplied including the beautiful view of the bay and Rothesay. Walking distance to town. Communication and accommodation from Gordon was exceptional. Only sad we won't be able to revisit in the future. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights. The photos dont do ths property justice, its absolutely beautiful. Rooms are big and comfy and Gordon has thought of everything. Weather was terrible so we spent time in the comfy kitchen and lounge watching the sea. Very peaceful but so close to everythimg you could need, shops, take aways etc We will definitely be back, the sooner the better. Shame Gordon cant guarantee the weather but he can guarantee you a lovely stay

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable short break in Rothesay. The accommodation was very well equipped and comfortable, with lovely views of the bay. The weather was perfect for our stay and the highlight was our guided tour of Mount Stuart.

This flat was in a good location with fab views. Everything we needed was there and more. The log burners were so cosy after a day touring the island. Wifi, tv, beds all perfect. Communication with host good and access to the flat straightforward. I would 100% reccomend this lovely spacious flat and will hopefully return.
