"From the welcome when we"

"Está bien para pasar una noche, pero podría estar más limpio"

"Excelente desayuno, personal muy amable."

"We just had one night here before catching the early ferry to Isle of Arran and it was perfect. Good location with allocated parking spot. Easy check in with clear instructions upfront. Well equipped room, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. We had room 6 at the back, which was very quiet. Also convenient for eating out in town. Would recommend."

"La experiencia ha sido nefasta ya que teníamos una reserva de dos habitaciones , y por la mañana de ese mismo día nos lo cancelaron sin entender el motivo "

"small , well equipped, we'll worth the visit"

"Enjoyed our stay at Sugar Boat. Lovely loft room and a tasty breakfast. Relaxed team looked after us."

The room was reasonably clean, bedlinen and towels spotless. Shower, hot water etc. working fine, shower gel supplied, kettle available with plenty of tea and coffee. A wee bit shabby outside of the room but I gather they are still working on it. Cleaner/maid friendly. Value for money and I suspect but don’t know for sure that it will improve...
