"三ツ星 のB&Bを初めて利用しましたが、結果的に今の我々夫婦に最適なホテルだったと思います。部屋に冷蔵庫や湯沸かし器がないことに最初戸惑いましたが、朝食会場を24時間開放してくれて、遅くホテルに帰っても冷蔵庫に保管していたビールを飲んだり食べ物を食べたりできました。 音楽祭のために６泊しましたが、コンサートにも駅にも近くて便利でした。 朝食のメニューも基本的なものが揃っていて、満足でした。 次にルツェルンを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいです。"

"朝食はブッフェ形式で、品数・量ともに十分にあり、とても満足できました。特にコーヒーが美味しかったです。 スタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切で、滞在中どの場面でもホスピタリティを感じました。こちらの要望にも丁寧に対応してくださり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 バスルームにバスタブはありませんが、シャワールームにはしっかりした仕切りとドアがあるため、シャワーを使用してもバスルーム全体が濡れてしまうことはありませんでした。また、タオルは厚手でふわふわしており、質の良いものだと感じました。 客室清掃については、ドアに「掃除してください／しないでください」のタグを掛けていなかったところ、滞在2日目は清掃し ていただけましたが、タオル交換はありませんでした。3日目は清掃がなかったため、清掃を希望する場合・希望しない場合ともに、ドアのタグで明確に意思表示をした方がよいと思います。客室内にもその旨を記載した案内があります。 ..."
