"Self check-in door code if you are late at dawn. Properly sent to the code both the entrance and the room"

"Es un hotel muy bonito pero estaban dando mantenimiento a la fachada y eso es un poco complejo pero el personal amable y habitaciones cómodas ."

"This is the worst Hilton I've ever been. The AC does not work, bathroom so narrow, there are only two good things, concierge and bell boys. That is it, we love Park City and Canyons but we are not going to be there again for sure. I'm a Hilton membership so I definitely knows that this is the worst. Guys you need to improve soon!!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Nothing fancy, quite simple, but it makes up for in convenience and service. Check in was a breeze, our room was perfectly clean and spacious. "Todo Muy bien gracias"

"Beautiful rooms with a great view. Clean , reasonable prices. Nestled in quiet Prospector neighborhood easy walks to restaurants. Short drive other attractions"

"Great location! "

"Location was perfect, the apartment was clean and perfect size. the only thing I was uncomfortable with was the noise the heater makes all day, it’s inside the main bedroom. Bad location."

You can even open the window due to heat and construction outside that Expedia FAILED to addressed during reservations. Only after the host emailed and informed us that there's construction and the parking was sooo far away. Stay away"

"The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us."

"My family and I hit a deer the night before our reservation. Our car needed massive repairs and was not drive-able. My husband and I couldn’t make our anniversary staycation. Expedia was wonderful to work with. They called the hotel as well as myself. Was told our room would be refunded, they were just waiting on a manager to approve. I called and called to speak with the manager to have the promise fulfilled and left multiple messages only to be ignored. I requested either a credit for a later...
