W for Warnemünde. Enjoy your stay in our sunny boutique-style apartment. Cool design, fast internet, Netflix and all this just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Warnemünde and 2 minutes from the restaurant mile “Alter Strom”.

The Space:
Our 40 sqm apartment is perfectly laid out and consists of a quiet bedroom & spacious bathroom. As well as a cozy living room with reading corner and kitchenette with bar table, which can also be used as a work table and of course for eating together.

We have put a lot of heart and soul into making our guests as comfortable as possible and look forward to every booking.
***Our cleaning team disinfects the apartment thoroughly after each booking due to Covid-19. Hygiene and cleanliness are not only important to us in Corona times***
The apartment is perfect for couples or families with a child (up to 1.5m tall). In addition to the bedroom with a large double bed, there is a sofa bed in the living room.
Our apartment is also ideal as a home office alternative or for business travelers.

The apartment is ideal for 2-3 guests. A 4-person occupancy is possible, please note that there is then little freedom of movement.

The Neighborhood:
The Warnemünde train station can be reached on foot in just 8 minutes. Nearby (800m) is the large parking garage Molenfeuer (online reservation possible). Our apartment is on the second floor and is accessible via a staircase (no elevator). The shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity are perfect. There is a beverage market, the Mecklenburg farmers' market and a small store with fruit/vegetables and fresh bread rolls just 100m away.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
