Set on two levels, it features a bright living room with a sofa bed and large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. A covered terrace facing southwest offers a pleasant outdoor space. The lower level includes two comfortable double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, and two handy storage rooms. Equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, and one private covered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).
