The wide, fine-sand beach of Rosolina Mare is just a few minutes’ walk away. Various restaurants, shops, and cafés are located nearby. The beach is THE gathering spot for young and old alike and offers entertainment, food, and playgrounds.<br>The Trilo AGITA vacation home accommodates up to 4 people and is located on the first floor. Guests have access to a bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. Some of the windows have fly screens. The living room is equipped with a dining area, a sofa, and a TV. The kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, features a stove, pots, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bidet, a toilet, and a sink. A huge plus is the apartment’s own washing machine! Air conditioning is available in some units (optional; must be reserved in advance). Wi-Fi is available (optional; must be reserved in advance). The small private garden, with a seating area, fireplace, table, and chairs, is perfect for relaxing or having a barbecue (you’ll need to bring your own grill grate). If you’re traveling with a toddler and need a crib, please reserve one when booking. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The beautiful, wide sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There, you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas and enjoy the playground, bar, and sports facilities. If you’d rather set up your own beach umbrella on a public beach, that’s no problem! Right next door, there’s a large public beach where you can do just that. The ocean is ideal for small children, as it slopes gently, allowing them to play in the shallow water. In addition, lifeguards are on duty daily to ensure your safety.<br>POOL<br>The residence features a well-organized pool with a separate children’s pool, which is available for your use.
