Consists of 3 bedrooms with double bed, one of which is 160/200cm and the other two 140/180cm.

A bathroom (shower) with two sinks and toilet.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, filter coffee machine & Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, fridge/freezer and all the kitchen utensils you will need. PGJyPg
Living room/ living/ dining room with large dining table, corner sofa, TV.

Large terrace with sea views of 20m2 with outdoor furniture and plancha at your disposal.

You have access to the entire accommodation.

We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt).

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the set time. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged 30€.

Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 &, 31 after 6 pm, and on December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).

In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, it is the lock of the door that must be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.

Regarding the end-of-stay/Laundry cleaning package included in your booking:
We provide professionally processed linen, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.
