"For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train...

"DO NOT BOOK this apartment. We arrived at property with an eviction notice on door - property has been repossessed. The number given when booking this property ignored messages and made us believe that we could stay. Scammers who are now not willing to issue a refund."

"Property cancelled the booking at 1700hrs after I contacted them and now refuse to give me a refund. They are now not answering my call. Avoid these cowboys at all cost!"

"After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"

"I thought the room was very comfortable. Nice and warm too given the cold temps. I appreciated the vegan options on the menu. Would have been good to have some green and herbal option tea bags in the room. Staff particularly in the restaurant were nice and friendly. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. "
