Your website has $25 a stay for pets but they were mad and demanded more. ($35 a day) I’ve run into this before with this app. At a different Days Inn. I don’t think they can charge more than advertised and front desk got confrontational Even if we pay the fee online they still want paid onsite. ...

The experience with Best Western Plus Pauls Valley was horrible. I can rate 0 stars, but it is not possible. They did not provide the service we paid for. The manager was incompetent and completely unprofessional to resolve the issue, excusing that Expedia overbooked the reservation. I could suggest ...

Excellent value for this clean and neat little cabin. Great love nest for a couple or would be great for a small family with older kids. Lots of comfortable nice touches. The linens on the beds and the towels are worn but serviceable. We enjoyed our stay.
