Great Location

The apartment was in a great spot. Close to the beach and all amenities. We were welcomed personally by Dolores and Domingo and given all the information we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is an amazing Restaurant just across the road as well. Communication with Dolores was excellent!!! I would highly recommend this property.

Viel Platz!!!

Die Schlafzimmer sind einfach möbiliert . Das Smart TV hat uns gute Dienste geleistet. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis bei 60 Nächten absolut korrekt. Der Balkon ist allerdings zu klein...., und die Tauben die die Wohnanlage heimsuchen hinterlassen ihre Spuren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr entgegengekommend und hilfsbereit. Ein und Auschecken problemlose.

Sehr gut zum Erholen

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß mit vielen Zimmer (3 Schlafzimmer) Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Räumlichkeiten sehr komfortabel. Dolores hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns gut in die Räumlichkeiten eingewiesen. Der Balkon ist in der früh zu heiß zum Frühstücken aber dafür am Abend sehr erfrischend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Pool ist schön groß und man kann ab 10 Uhr seinen Bahnen schwimmen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und auch gut abgesichert. Wir konnten unsere Motorräder auf einem Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage abstellen wo nur mit Schlüssel zugänglich ist.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious clean well equipped and we couldn't fault it at all. Lovely pool area and not far from beach and town centre shops and local street bars. The only thing for us was it was too far from the more holiday type entertainment, bars restaurants etc but that was personal choice for us.

Excellent choix !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Il est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, lumineux, propre, très bien situé. La mer à proximité, le centre commercial sont idéalement situés. Une fois semaine, le jeudi matin, il y a le marché hebdomadaire à deux pas! Le stationnement intérieur, l'ascenseur nous facilitent la vie. Les hôtes sont très gentils et de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment was fantastic, had everything we needed and more. It was spacious even with the 7 of us! and in a superb location. The communal pool was lovely and we spent a lot of time there each day. We were met by Dolores who showed us around and gave us all the information we needed for both the apartment and the surrounding areas. We could walk everywhere, the beach, the supermarket, the harbour, the town - all the amenities were close by exactly as described. It really went beyond our expectations. Dolores kept in touch and helped us throughout even down to booking our taxis for the departure to the airport. We loved it ♥️

A great base to explore Roquetas de Mar.

The apartment was well equipped and was big enough for our party of 7. Delores the owner was very helpful giving us advice on the local area. There is a good market every Thursday and a large selection of shopes nearby. The popular beach is a short walk away. There are an excellent selection of Tapas restaurants nearby. Our whole family loved the food and the experience.
