Cocoonr offers this charming 80 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in the Issambres district, less than a kilometre from the beach and with uninterrupted sea views. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

On the ground floor:

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
