It features an attractive 25 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 670 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Floor 1:
- A cellar accessible from outside the house with freezers, fridge, cupboards and clothesline
- A 25 m² living room with TV, two convertible sofas (double) and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Lower floor:
- A master suite with double bed (140x190), bathroom with bathtub and private exit to the lower terrace.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with single bed (120x190)
- A third bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For added convenience: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A swimming pool available from May to September inclusive (private, unheated), 8x4m with sloping bottom from 80cm to 2 m deep. Access via a staircase.
Security provided by a full wrought-iron fence and lockable gate.
- Beautiful, private, landscaped garden on a hillside facing south-east.

The first 22m2, table and chairs for 8 people
The second 60m2, table and chairs for 10. A front-row seat for watching the fireworks (every week in summer, fireworks are launched from the sea at Saint Raphaël to Saint Aygulf).

The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in very pleasant surroundings. The garrigue quickly becomes wild, and in February the mimosas embalm and powder the view with bright spots. In early spring, carpets of small wild tulips and ornithogales astonish the walker. Then come the wild irises and orchids, and in summer the fragile cysts. If you're lucky, you may come across a Hermann's tortoise or a large green lizard and a whole host of colorful insects. And the perfume! Everything smells delicious!
You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent.
Opening dates non-contractual.
- Fire is forbidden in the fireplace (signs installed) or elsewhere (barbecue) due to the risk of fire.
