As you awake and open the doors you will be greeted by blue skies and a magical view looking out across the bay to St Tropez. From here it is your choice whether to relax in the private garden, take a soak in the pool, splash in the sea or stroll through the park into the centre of the village. Built on the site of an old mansion in 2006, the tastefully furnished and extraordinarily well equipped villa has everything you could need for the perfect holiday on the French Riviera. Upstairs are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite), a twin bedroom and family bathroom. Downstairs is open plan with generous kitchen (with breakfast bar), dining and lounge areas. Also, a further WC. There is air conditioning and the quality of the accommodation along with the luxurious fittings are sure to make your stay memorable. Outside is a terrace area and private garden

Lovely location and pool

Les Issambres is a lovely area of France. The well equipped property has a great terrace you,a lovely shared pool and 10mins walking distance from beautiful beach and lots of restaurants. Things to be aware of is the road nearby can be quite noisy, the terrace upstairs is off the main bedroom so you need to be happy with people walking through to use it, downstairs the outside table only has space for max 4 people.

Great Location

Lovely house in great location and had everything we needed for a relaxing break.Can walk into town in 10 mins and plenty of places to eat and drink.Lovely pool on site and very quiet.Beaiful wee keep grounds.only downside was lots of mosquitos so didn’t spend much time in the garden as we would have liked due to that but lovely balcony upstairs.Thankyou for a lovely welcome and great stay.

Enjoyable Stay

Great place. My family - 2 adults and two kids - stayed here for 2+ weeks in August. Location is great, two beaches are within a 15 min walk. 15 min walk to town. Private parking and plenty of space in the residence for the 4 of us.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (5 - 10 Jahre alt) für 2 Wochen da. Kommunikation mit Vermietern und Hausmeister vor Ort war top. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Reihenhaus und für uns 5 war ausreichend Platz. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man braucht, besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage, aber auch sonst ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Leider ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gerade die Bäder müssten renoviert werden. Der Pool der Anlage war toll. Er wird gemeinschaftlich von allen Parteien genutzt, sodass es gerade für die Kinder nie langweilig wurde. Es war immer jmd zum spielen da. Die Gegend und umliegenden Strände sind sehr schön. Oft haben die Strände auch Duschen. Das Meer war klar und warm, absolut schön. Wenn man was erkunden möchte, wozu es reichlich Möglichkeiten gibt, sollte man früh los und sich auf viel Verkehr einstellen. Die Küstenstraßen sind meist voll. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit dort und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Erholung pur.

Fijne locatie!!

Fijne communicatie, top huis, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en in een fijne omgeving. Groot zwembad en vlakbij zee. Wij waren er met 3 kids (8, 12, 15).

Séjour sympa beau logement. Petit soucis d'évacuation de la douche dans la chambre parentale. Et surtout le fait que le payement se fasse en livre.( Se qui augmente la location de quelques centaines d'euros

Familienurlaub

Für einen Familienurlaub bestens geeignet, wenn man Erholung sucht und nicht permanentes Party-Leben braucht. Wunderschön. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Die relativ laute Straße, die aber der Strandnähe geschuldet ist. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder.

Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Leider waren die Spülmaschine und der Toaster defekt. Das war für uns nicht tragisch.

1) Nice location, from view and accessibility of sea point of view; although the Fotos (see left) hide the populated street 2) Nice house, no complaints 3) Kitchen equipment is sparse: Cutlery with less than 12 pieces each i. e. frequent dish washing needed. Pans and plastic/storage containers missing. we bought some for our and future use. This aspect is not lin line with the Standard of the house and ist pricing, unfortuantely

The perfect place to stay

The house was brilliant, it was comfortable and cosy and had everything you could wish for even down to kids beach toys. The house is very spacious, their were 6 of us and we never felt like we were in each other's way. The master bedroom is fantastic with a balcony overlooking the sea and St Tropez across the bay lovely sitting out there on a morning with a coffee admiring the beautiful views. Their is lovely en-suite and my daughter and family had a very good sized bathroom to themselves too which also had a washing machine. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and very spacious the same as the lounge and dining area. The house is set in beautiful gated grounds with a really lovely pool a few yards from the end of the lovely garden. We had a few BBQ as the weather was brilliant for us and again their was everything we needed. We also hired a car, their are so many places to visit it is a fantastic place to stay as you are across the road from the sea and 10 minutes walk to les issambres where their are a good choice of restaurants and bars. The area is very pretty with all the chateaus dotted in the hillside their are some beautiful beaches all along the coastal road, you are spoilt for choice. None of us wanted to come home we wished we could have stayed longer. We thought it was great to have all the dvds to watch on an evening, especially the kids, their was brilliant selection also books and games. It was perfect we loved everything about the house and the area and would definitely go there again.

Super Ferien, super Haus!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage, ALLES TOP! Elektrisches Einfahrtstor, schöner großer Pool, von überall hat man Meerblick! Das Haus(klassisches Reihenhaus), die Einrichtung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, grandioser Blick von der Terrasse auf Palmengarten und Meer! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Gehweite-10 Minuten durch den Park am Meer entlang nach Les Issambres, SUPER! Für Ausflüge ist aber ein Auto notwendig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Betreuung vor Ort durch Valerie, sie macht einen super Job- DANKE!

Nice family orientated villa

Our party of 4 adults & 2 small children stayed for 2 weeks at the end of August and really enjoyed our stay. Located in a nice area across the main costal road from the sea, the mid terrace villa is set in well kept grounds with security gates, parking for 2 cars, roller blinds on the villa windows and a small safe for passports etc. so we felt very safe & secure. On site there is a fenced in swimming pool (unheated) with 4 dedicated sun loungers while a rear gate gives access to a shingle beach & wooded area via an underpass. Downstairs is open plan with a well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated dining/lounge area and a TV, DVD player, cable/sat receiver with mainly European channels but we managed to find BBC World News plus a couple of English speaking news channels. The owners had thoughtfully provided a selection of DVDs which the children really appreciated. WiFi was free & reasonably fast. Sliding doors leads to a patio area with a 4 seat table and a small south facing garden with 2 more loungers & chairs plus a BBQ. The master bedroom has an en-suite with shower & a balcony with sea view (ideal for Grandparents). The second bedroom is a small double & the third has bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath & shower attachment plus a washing machine. Bed linen & towels were not changed during our fortnight but we were able to easily wash & dry them. The shops are approx. 1km away with a supermarket at either end of the strip. Fresh bread & English newspapers are available. There is a small park with swings etc. in the middle opposite the port, quite a few restaurants & a sandy beach. Market day is Monday. A car is essential – ours had a satnav which we found really useful. Les Issambres is a good base with Ste Maxime, Port Grimaud, Cannes, Antibes, Nice & Monaco all worth a visit & there is a ferry direct from Les Issambres port to St Tropez (15 euros return). Overall it is a nice villa in a good location - remember to take insect repellent to this part of France.
