Superbe villa contemporaine neuve de 250m2 aux prestations raffinées sur les hauteurs des Issambres, au calme à 500m de la plage. Vous bénéficierez d'une vue mer exceptionnelle. Piscine miroir à débordement et Pool House équipé d'un bar avec plancha sauront vous procurer un réel plaisir. Cette villa s'organise autour d'un vaste salon séjour de 70m2 s'ouvrant en totalité sur l'extérieur ainsi que d'une cuisine américaine. Une chambre parentale climatisée de 45m2 avec dressing, salle de bain et cabinet de toilette, vue plongeante sur mer. Trois chambres avec lit de 160, climatisées et toutes équipées d'un espace douche à l'italienne avec cabinet de toilette ayant toutes vue mer, ainsi qu'une chambre destinée aux enfants sauront rendre votre séjour agréable. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'écran LCD. Jardin arboré, 4 terrasses et un stationnement pour 5 voitures possible dans la propriété.
⚠️À votre arrivée, des frais de ménage de fin de séjour, ainsi que la location du linge de maison (draps , serviettes de toilettes , sauf draps de plage et piscine)seront à régler( 380 euros ), obligatoire,directement à la conciergerie.
Concernant les jours d arrivés normalement le samedi mais en dehors des mois de juin ; juillet ; août à discuter ensemble.
Concernant la piscine chauffée , au vu de l augmentation électrique , celle-ci sera ( suivant les températures extérieures) chauffée moyennement une participation.

Amazing Villa and perfect location to enjoy the Cote d’Azur!

Cathy and Katia were great communicators and all went very smoothly from check in to check out. Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist toll gelegen und man erreicht sie mit dem Auto gut. Der größte Pluspunkt ist natürlich die mega Aussicht aus allen Schlafzimmern sowie vom großzügigen Essbereich aus. Im Haus haben wir alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Obwohl wir Anfang Oktober gereist sind, haben wir den Pool noch nutzen können (gegen Aufpreis) Wir kommen gerne wieder! Im U

Moderne Villa mit unbeschreiblich schönem Meerblick

Wir haben mit unseren Freunden eine tolle Woche in dieser Villa verbracht. Der Master-Bedroom ist großartig mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer, aber auch die anderen Zimmer sind alle perfekt aufgeteilt mit jeweils eigenen Terrassen. Der großzügige Wohn- und Terrassenbereich mit Pool lädt zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Concierge hat auch sehr gut, trotz Sprachbarriere (beide sprechen eigentlich nur französisch), mit Hilfe von Google-Übersetzung funktioniert, alle unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

A wonderful getaway

We had the best part of our travel saved to the end at this beautiful property. The house is spacious, modern and has the best views of the French Riviera. Our host Cathy and her assistant Katia were very friendly, professional and committed to our comfort and safety. We definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an amazing time and want to make great memories.

Amazing time in South of France

The villa near Frejus was perfect in so many ways. We were three families with the three kids. Spending time in the pool with landscape perfectly manicured was great, and each of the primary bedrooms had thier own private balcony with Mediterranean sea views. Being able to all eat in the kitchen at one table created very memorable evenings following our daily excursions. We had someone in our group that spoke French, which made things for our American group very easy. Suttle language barriers could exist otherwise. Thank you to the wonderful owner and team that keep this place looking wonderful. We all had an amazing time!

Ein Traum wird wahr - un rêve devient réalité

Eine wundervolle Lage, ein unglaubliches Anwesen und eine kaum zu übertreffende Gastfreundschaft. Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche im September. Das Haus entsprach den Fotos. Leider gab es ein paar zerbrochene Fliesen im Poolbereich und dieser war durch ein Defekt grün. Trotz der zwei kleinen Schönheitsfehler war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus bittet viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, auch in der Gruppe. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Pool auf das Meer ist wundervoll. Auch sonst ist alles vorhanden um einen wirklich tollen Urlaub zu erleben. Leider lässt sich der Barbecue-Grill nicht benutzen; dafür gab es aber einen Planchegrill. Schade, dass es keine Beschreibung für das Radio bzw. die Stereoanlage gibt (zumindest haben wir keine gefunden). Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin bzw. der Haushälterin war sehr angenehm und bei Fragen wurde umgehend reagiert. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und haben das Haus und die Ausstattung sehr genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt in guter Lage

Das Haus ist nicht mehr in dem Zustand, den die Bilder des Inserats vermitteln. In nahezu jedem Bereich ist etwas defekt, oder nicht mehr in ordnungsgemäßen Zustand. Angefangen bei einem Kochfeld, welches einen großen Riss über die komplette Fläche hatte, über defekte Möbel im Bad, bis hin zu vergammelten Möbel im Außenbereich der Villa - für einen Mietpreis jenseits der 10.000 € erwarte ich etwas mehr. Man merkt einfach nahezu an jeder Ecke, dass in diesem Objekt seit Entstehung nicht mehr viel investiert wurde. Nochmal würde ich dieses Objekt in keinem Fall buchen. Die Lage, in der sich das Haus befindet hingegen ist top.

Excellent villa at the cote d’azur

The villa met all our high expectations, fully furnished with all the equipment one could need during a holiday. The garden and pool are beautifully designed and a joy to stay in, even with high temperatures. Great location with beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea. The famous seaside resorts on the coast are easily accessible.

Traumhaftes Objekt

Das Objekt hat eine hervorragende Lage und eine unglaublich farbenfrohe und gepflegte Anlage. Die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten sind perfekt. Jedes der Schlafzimmer hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer, viel Stauraum und Ablagemöglichkeiten und sehr schöne Bäder. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gemangelt. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön und wir waren sowohl mit dem Haus als auch mit der Vermieterin sehr zufrieden. Die Erwartungen aufgrund der Bilder und der Beschreibung waren hoch. Sie wurden aber vollumfänglich erfüllt. Es gab wenige Punkte mit denen wir nicht zufrieden waren. Diese möchte ich aber dennoch nennen: Der Grill im Außenbereich war kaputt und unter den Möbeln wurde schon länger nicht mehr geputzt. Wichtig ist aber, dass die Vermieterin immer erreichbar war und super schnell reagiert hat, wenn Themen bzw. Rückfragen aufkamen. Alles in allem war es wirklich ein wundervoller Aufenthalt und wir werden bestimmt eines Tages wieder dort Urlaub machen. 5 Sterne - nur zu empfehlen!
