On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room complete with a dining table, television, and air conditioning, with direct access to the partly roofed terrace. This level also includes 1 bedroom fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, its own shower room, and air conditioning, as well as a private exit to the terrace. A small room on this floor is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, ideal for younger guests. The ground floor further benefits from an open-plan kitchen featuring a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, alongside a dining table and a separate WC.

On the first upper floor, a second living and dining room awaits, also furnished with a dining table, television, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. This level is served by an additional open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and a separate WC.
