This home is in a country setting with a very quiet neighborhood and awesome views of farming land located in Lancaster County, PA, USA.
It has a huge, fenced-in, private, backyard including a gazebo. It has a nice sun room with lots of windows.
Sleeps up to eleven people in four bedrooms.
It has a fully stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, cookware and many other things you might need to enjoy your stay. It also has a small variety of condiments including coffee.
This home is located within minutes of many popular tourist attractions, shopping and grocery stores.
Off street parking in the extra-large driveway (the garage is for owner use).

Actually the home itself wasn’t bad. I don’t think it was as well equipped in the kitchen as it could have been. The outside was not good. Dirt and spiderwebs all over house. Grass needed mowing. In riding through countryside and neighborhoods I didn’t see other yards looking so unkempt. The flowers in yard were beautiful but bushes showed neglect. We visit the Lancaster area several times a year and have always been delighted with our rentals. Until now.

Check-in was simple and effective. The house was great, very clean, lots of room, great backyard, kitchen was well set up, and the location was both easy to find and centrally located for the activities we undertook when visiting. The host stopped by to check if everything was satisfactory, and her Whoppee pies were delicious. There was no problem with Wi-Fi, and sufficient games and toys to keep everyone busy during our downtime. This location made for an excellent stay for everyone from grandparents to young child.

Clean and well kept. Worked perfectly for us, several children and some grandchildren. Ephraim definitely gets 5 stars for allowing us to stay an extra day without an upcharge. He did this when he heard that we are actively involved in a Christian ministry that he also supports.

The check in/out process was easy, the house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and surreal. The amentities stated there was a DVD player but we could not locate it. We did not message our host as it was later when we discovered there was none there. Also there is a grill in the shed outdoors but it will cost an additional 50 to use (1 time or 50 times). The neighbor lady did bring us some whoopie pies which were AMAZING! We have no complaints and would stay here again!

Beautiful house Beautiful setting

The house was the perfect layout for our family. It's in a beautiful country setting but still close to area shops, restaurants and sight and sound. The house was clean and we weren't afraid to take our shoes off, unlike some places we've been.

Great Place for Ladies' Getaway

This wonderful spot was so incredibly clean and welcoming. We were a group of four women attending a conference in the area, and we all agreed that this rental was the perfect homebase. The decor was encouraging and carefully selected, and many thoughtful touches were evident including labeled light switches, two types of coffee makers, and clear instructions about everything. We loved the birdhouse collection hanging from the back porch too! Thank you for a lovely stay!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful place

The property was clean, spacious, picturesque with a wonderful front porch with view, a beautiful, green yard. The kitchen was well-equipped as were the bathrooms. We felt relaxed and comfortable. Hated to leave! The two queen beds were very comfortable. Our daughter said her double bed was not the most comfortable, She said it kind of felt like a sofa bed, so that was our only negative.

Great Choice For a Family

The home was quite spacious, comfortable and well ėquipped. We had a minor problem due to lack of understanding the hvac system, and the owner was there in person very promptly to help. We loved the back yard, and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. This home has all the modern conveniences but really is right in the midst of Amish farmland. Buggies went by the house by the dozens.

Senior trip

Best possible outcome! I took my 90 year old aunt and she was able to get around well in the house. No large transitions for her to navigate. We didn’t stay as long as we would have liked but we will be back! Host is awesome! She brought a treat on our last day.
