Parking Instructions: Parking at this home is strictly enforced by town zoning regulations. The maximum parking at this property is 2 spaces, including boat trailers, parked perpendicular to the house. Please do not park in the grass. The driveway is shared with the neighboring property and the right-of-way should be clear at all times.

**This property is closely monitored for responsible renting and must abide by Town of Varick Rental Guidelines; this includes limiting guest occupancy to 10 at all times.

5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
