"Positive: 5 min drive to train station Negative: we had to request air-conditioning be turned on at nights. (even then not cool) They usually turned off ac during day. Minimum 2 steps to elevator - not good for anyone with mobility limitations. Front desk clerks wrrr 'cold' except for Sheila...she ..."

"到着予定時刻の10分ほど前に着いたので、サポートに電話して早く開けてくれないかと、問い合わせたが、時間まで待てとのことだった。 ところが定刻を過ぎても、しばらくの間、開錠出来なかった。 こんなことなら、早めの到着予定時刻を伝えておいたほうが良いと思った。臨機応変の対応が望ましい。"
