  • Maison Barchetta is a beautiful apartment renovated in February 2024 with 3 bedrooms +1 room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 entrances with lift, leaving room, kitchen and an outdoor area. In this 19th century building each room can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with double beds, TV and free WiFi.
    Located in the heart of Rome , in a very peaceful street, just a few minutes walk from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Vatican and the Spanish Steps is Perfect for visiting the beauties of Rome and its unique monuments.

Our host was great. Very responsive and willing to help make our stay as smooth as possible. The location was very central to most things in Rome without being overly busy. Short walk to Campo di Fiori for food, drinks and gelato. Taxi station was a 5 minute walk away which made getting taxis very easy. The AC was great when Rome was near 100 degrees. The terrace was a great relaxing area.

Great experience overall and a fantastic place to stay at while in Rome! Aram was an excellent host and we loved that this apartment was centrally located to many of the highlights in Rome (The Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc). There is also a grocery store right around the corner from the apartment so we could make some quick, easy runs for basic items we needed. Highly recommend this apartment!

Loved this apartment in Rome. It was well located and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rome is HUGE and crowded and busy but having this peaceful quiet spot to retreat home to at the end of a busy day was perfect.

Host is wonderful communication was wonderful! They let us in to store luggage! Maybe that’s why not as clean because they rushed to get us in early! Dead bugs in refrigerator. But it was a lovely location and we had a wonderful time in Rome!

Spent 3 nights at Maison Barchetta with my family of 4. The apartment is very centrally located in the middle of Rome which allowed us to walk the major attractions with lots of restaurant options for lunch & dinner. Communications with our host was very easy from booking to check-out. The apartment has 3 different levels with 2 bedrooms on the top and bottom levels and the living/kitchen on the middle level. The bathrooms are nicley sized and everything was spotless in the apartment. All the levels are air conditioned which was very welcome during the recent heatwave in Rome.We really enjoyed the outside sitting area at the end of the day with a glass of wine - some extra special to have in an apartment Rome. We enjoyed our time staying in Maison Barchetta and will be back in future.

Perfect location, FYI, keys for apt. Door was tricky to maneuver. Loved, loved, loved our time. Very clean, comfortable beds beautiful terrace and planty of room for our party of 7. Host was very helpful in transport from airport, day trip to Pompeii and last, to cruise ship port. Grazie.!!

Great place to stay in Naples! The host is super sweet and helpful when it comes to recommendations and tips for touring the city. The place was clean, so cute, with an excellent view of the city and volcano, and comfortable beds. There is even a place right at the entrance that you can check in your bags as you tour Pompeii or if you get there early. If you have a hard time with stairs/can't fit in a small elevator, the apartment might be difficult to reach. Also, the location was great for us because it was close to the train station but is far from the main city, so plan accordingly!

Our first family trip to Rome and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is superb and the hosts were very helpful, welcoming, and super quick to respond to questions. We went to a few of the hosts local restaurant recommendations and they ended up being our favorite eats. When I visit Rome again, I will absolutely be staying here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO in Rome and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The property was exactly as listed—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a great stay.What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness and hospitality. They were quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond by providing fantastic local recommendations, which made our trip even more special.The location is ideal, especially for families. Being within walking distance to many of Rome’s major attractions made it incredibly convenient to explore the city without the stress of transportation.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome, particularly families looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming host. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location is great but there could be a bit more insulation in the basement suite since the wall in the bedroom had a slight gap and it seemed to be directly to the outside. There was some louder noise heard at night from outside on occasion. Would be nice to have a working lighter for the candles provided.

This property is a hidden gem. It's down on alley but central to restaurants, shops, and a grocery story and walkable to the Vatican, the Coliseum and other attractions. The main level has a small but functional kitchen with a living room and a lovely, covered outdoor dining area. The downstairs has a bedroom, living room and bathroom, and the upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a washer. My family stayed here and we were quite comfortable. Suite Concierge was very responsive to my questions and provided lots of helpful information. Check in and check out were seamless. If you have a family and are staying in Rome, consider this property. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent location and manager

Great property in a fantastic location. Owner was very responsive and check in and check out process were clear and straightforward. Loved the layout of the property and the AC worked flawlessly which was crucial in July/August.
