!! ENTRY TO THE APARTMENT IS PERMITTED UNTIL 12:30 AM !! A €50 surcharge will be applied for late arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:30 AM.
ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER 12:30 AM - YOU WILL THEREFORE BE ASKED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

- Tourist taxes (€6 per night per person) must be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For reservations longer than one week, a weekly cleaning fee of €90 (without linen change) applies, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- A travel crib is available upon request at the time of booking

IMPORTANT: To complete online check-in, you must upload a photo of your ID card or passport. A driver’s license is not valid.
Guests must submit, upon request, the documents required for registering arriving guests.

CHECK-OUT INFORMATION: Except in cases where a late check-out has been granted, if the 10 a.m. check-out time is not met, a penalty of €30 will be charged after the first 15 minutes and €50 after 25 minutes of delay in vacating the property.

*In the event that the Tenant is unable to vacate the apartment by the scheduled check-out date and time (10:00 a.m.), the Tenant hereby authorizes the Landlord to enter the apartment in the Tenant’s absence and to remove from the apartment
all personal effects, objects, or items belonging to the Tenant. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), to the best of their ability, all of the Tenant’s belongings and to return them to the Tenant upon the Tenant’s first request.

*In accordance with the new circular under ART. 109 of the TULPS issued by the Ministry of the Interior, WE ARE REQUIRED TO VERIFY THE IDENTITY of the guest WHO HAS MADE A RESERVATION and who will be staying in our apartments.
For reasons of public order, we are responsible for VERIFYING the guests and their documents before the guest enters the apartment.
