The apartment features three elegantly furnished bedrooms, all with king-size beds, air conditioning, and Smart TVs. Each room overlooks the Tiber River and the Gazometro, the contemporary landmark that defines Rome’s skyline with its unique presence—a view that changes with the light of day and becomes something special at sunset.
Each room is thoughtfully appointed: bedding, pillows, blackout curtains, blankets, and towels of various sizes for every guest.

Three full bathrooms, all with showers, designed with attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay without having to wait or take turns. The bathrooms are modern and bright, with new fixtures and high-quality finishes. Towels and essential toiletries are already provided.

The kitchen is a separate room, fully equipped for cooking just like at home: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and everything you need. It has its own balcony, perfect for having breakfast outdoors or simply taking a moment to relax with a cup of coffee in hand.
