The Space
The apartment is located in a small, very quiet apartment building. Convenient for getting around—just 50 meters away is the Cotral bus stop to and from Rome and to and from Leonardo da Vinci Airport
Since it’s on the first floor, it features a lovely, fully equipped garden
For beach lovers, the beach is also easily accessible on foot (a 20-minute walk). Beach towels are available for guests.
The house is newly built
The bathroom is brand-new, recently renovated with a beautiful, modern, and spacious shower.
Linens are always provided.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with appliances (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.) and all kinds of cookware to meet every need.
The owner always leaves some drinks and a few treats for guests who arrive at the last minute without any groceries.
Large double bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress.
Very spacious 5-door closet.
In-house washing machine with laundry detergent provided.
The TV is a smart TV with Netflix available


BASIC HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, but there is a garden available for this purpose
- Since the house is part of a condominium, quiet hours must be observed at night

The tourist tax is not included in the price; upon your arrival, I will need to collect it from you to pay it to the municipality. This year, the tax is 2.50 € per person
Shuttle service available upon request; it’s cheaper than a taxi.
