Features a comfortable double bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, linens, a dresser, and blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep. The atmosphere is relaxing, with attention to detail. It also includes a comfortable laptop workstation (desk) perfect for remote work.

🛋 The Living Room
It includes a single sofa bed for a third guest, a dining table, and a relaxation area. For maximum stability, you’ll find a high-speed Ethernet (LAN) port in this area. Ideal for video calls and uninterrupted work.

🍳 The Kitchen
Fully equipped and functional, it allows you to prepare your own meals from day one. You’ll find a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and utensils. To help you get your stay off to the best start, we also provide the essentials for cooking: oil, salt, pepper, and a selection of welcome pods for the coffee machine.

🛏 Bed Configuration
Beds are always made according to the number of guests specified in the reservation. If there are 2 of you and you’d like to use the sofa bed as well (to sleep separately), there is a one-time supplement of €30. For reservations of 3 or more guests, the sofa bed is automatically set up.
