The EMANUELA apartment is a luxury rental in Rome, just a short walk from the famous shopping street Via Cola di Rienzo and the LEPANTO and OTTAVIANO metro stations, a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and a 15–20-minute walk from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori, in the most beautiful historic center in the world.
The Space
This elegant 170-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor (accessible by elevator) of a historic and charming building. The EMANUELA luxury rental consists of an entryway, a very well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric oven, as well as a washing machine (no dishwasher), a bright dining room with a table for 8 people, a spacious living room with a TV (Italian channels) and two comfortable sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. The kitchen has two entrances: one leading to the hallway and the other to the living room.
The mix of classic and modern furniture and the beautiful paintings make the space even more refined.
On the other side, the hallway leads to several rooms in this spacious rental home in Rome, including a double bedroom with a 160 cm, a second bedroom with a 130 cm bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower, a third bedroom with two single beds, and a fourth bedroom with a single bed and a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a third bathroom with a shower.
The floors are covered in hardwood, while for the bathrooms we’ve chosen premium Italian hardwood flooring.
Air conditioning is available in three of the bedrooms, except for the single bedroom (which has a fan), and is available in the dining room (but not in the living room).
Wi-Fi is available in all the bedrooms of this rental home in the Prati neighborhood, a beautiful area in central Rome.
