The property is located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood (summer nighttime restricted traffic zone from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM), just over a 15-minute walk from Termini Station and the renowned La Sapienza University of Rome.

- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment via the Leonardo Express service to Roma Termini, which is about a 15-minute walk from the property.
- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 520 bound for Tuscolana/Cinecittà (9 stops), where you can transfer to Metro Line A to the “Vittorio Emanuele” stop, which is a 13-minute walk from the property.
- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment in about a 15-minute walk.
- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located within the summer nighttime restricted traffic zone (from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM), and you can park—for a fee—on the street (blue lines) or at Garage Frank (a 4-minute walk away).
The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.
Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is 6.00 € per person per night.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
