Perfect location situated in the bustling section of Trastevere. Dozens of restaurants of all kinds, shops, several groceries, and all other necessary amenities within a few minutes' walk. Serena was very responsive and helpful. The house is full of personality and it's fun to stay in a historic property in this exciting neighborhood.

Generally Clean place in a great location. Kitchen was missing some basic items but host Sophia supplied them immediately when notified. The only cleanliness issue was the dishwasher filter had not been clean out in some time. Would be happy to stay there again.

The location cannot be beat. Restaurants, bars, piazzas all within 2 minute walk!Communication with the owner was challenging. My friend and I booked the apartment because it had two rooms and two beds. But she only had one bed made up. When I asked if there were sheets for the second bed, she told me I booked for two so she only made one bed. But… we are friends not a couple. So my friend just slept on the bare mattress. Not ideal. The lock on the door proved difficult every time we entered and we got locked out once. The WiFi password on the paperwork inside the place didn’t work, so I had to message her to get the right one.And we never could figure out the coffee maker. If you are looking for an amazing location, this is it. You just have to be willing to deal with some quirks.

Great location and very spacious

Really nice little apartment in a great lovely area. You can hear the local clock chime every 15 minutes. There were two bathrooms which was great.

Fun area

Cute apartment for a quick stay in Rome! Beds were comfy, lots of space, and the area was the draw for us for sure. Lots of fun places to eat and drink, and within walking distance to lots of attractions.

The house is lovely! Great location and the host was quick to get back to us. The AC doesn't hit the first floor well, but all of the bedrooms are very comfortable and cool. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, but not for us

First, I want to report that this is the cutest property ever. Each room is truly so sweet. The nooks and crannies and interesting architecture are the definition of charming! That said, we stayed here at the end of our 11 days in Italy, the first three of which were across the river in a touristy neighborhood. We thought it would be cool to experience another part of Rome for our last night, which is how we landed here. The property was nice, but lacked AC in the main area, which was an issue only because we needed someone to sleep on the pullout couch. The standing fan fell to pieces, unfortunately leaving us a smattering of dust to clean, when we tried to employ it. Honestly, not a big deal, just a hassle after a long day of travel. For our family (kids ages 13, 12, and 9), the Trastevere neighborhood just didn't hit quite right, and main-floor living was a new experience for us, too. It's a bit grittier than the other part of Rome we had experienced. If we had stayed here first, we may well have felt differently about it. Absolutely nothing wrong with the property, and it's easy walking distance to a piazza and plenty of restaurant options, but it just wasn't right for us. Still, we're grateful to have stayed there, and the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward, as was communicating with the owner.

COMMUNICATION WITH OWNER WAS TERRIBLE AND SHE CANCELED THE DAY BEFORE AND CEASED ANY COMMUNICATION WITH US. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH VRBO.
