Worst experience i ever had. Never would recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst overall experience. Paid 440$ for this worst experience
1. Towels in the bathroom were full of hairs and tub too when i checked in
2. Poor customer service - staff doesn’t know when to knock our room door, they knocked our room door at 10.40pm when normal people esp with kid actually sleep by then. I didn’t open the door because first thing was i got scared but they kept on knocking (i would say banging)until i opened the door.
3. Nobody knows English and the staff who comes to fix things starts yelling and taught me how to lock the door. My question is why did they not teach the same to their housekeeping folks because they left my door open for 2 consecutive days. I learned from caesar roma staff that the door are to get locked only when it is bashed it doesn’t get locked when done in a slow pace.
4. Most important is that house keeping folks steal stuff from the room( my expensive perfume was stolen), the day before we were going to checkout the house keeping persom stole the perfume and when reported twice no response from 2 receptionist other than we have reported it to the manager i.e it.
