Spectacular attic with private terrace in central Rome - Wifi, Heating, A/C

This attic, which sleeps 2 guests, is also in a building equipped with an elevator - however, do note that there are a dozen steps getting to it as well as before entering the apartment, so those travelers with a walking disability may be inconvenienced. Please take this into consideration prior to booking.



This property is also of note because of the private Piccolomini effect you can enjoy from it: without needing to go all the way to Monteverde, this unique optical illusion is repeated here, and the closer you get to the windows, the smaller the dome for the Church of St. Luca e Martina gets!



Once inside the accommodation, guests will be able to cook simple meals from scratch making the most of an equipped kitchen wall which includes stove, oven, fridge, freezer, with a free-to-use Nespresso coffee machine and a variety of cookware and utensils. Plates and cutlery are also included!



Feel free to exercise using the stationary bike or the gym weights (located out on the terrace by the bedroom), or enjoy the owner's music system or its Sky-connected TV set (through it you may be able to enjoy English-language entertainment).



The bathroom features a very large shower and at the entrance of the apartment guests will find a washer (no dryer).



As you marvel at the stunning views outside your Roman windows or at the natural light flooding the apartment, please note that the only bedroom doesn't rely on any blackout curtains: at Via degli Ibernesi, you wake up as Rome wakes up! Please consider this if you like to sleep in pitch black.



The bedroom is a cozy space fitted with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage space for all your luggage and shopping needs!



Via degli Ibernesi comes with independent heating in the winter, and an air conditioning system is available throughout the attic. Please note that the fireplace is not connected and will NOT work.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 11:00.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.
