El apartamento está ubicado en la parte superior de los escalones españoles en un encantador edificio del medio '800 y se compone de 2 dormitorios, uno completamente independiente sobre un entrepiso con su propio baño (con ducha) abajo. El segundo en el entrepiso sobre la sala de estar. En la sala de estar hay un gran sofá cama para 2 personas. Hay un segundo baño grande y una cocina completamente amueblada (lavavajillas, horno, lavadora). El apartamento dispone de calefacción autónoma, wifi gratis, tv.
La estación de metro "Spagna" está a 2 minutos a pie y la estación de taxis está a la entrada del edificio.
Encontrará en la mejor zona de Roma, donde podrá llegar fácilmente a todos los monumentos más famosos, museo. Esta área es muy famosa por la bonita tienda y la firma elegante (valentino, Prada, etc.)

We really loved this adorable apartment. We were literally about 20 steps away from the top of the Spanish steps. There is a taxi stand outside the door and another in the piazza below and a train station on other side of the Spanish steps. We were concerned by the wording of the listing with some of the subtitles beneath the pictures, but to be clear…. There is a queen bed in a separate bedroom, 2 twin beds (twin with trundle) in the living area loft and pull out couch in the living area. We were a family of 5 with 3 young adults 18,21,23. The beds were all made up and ready for us when we arrived so we didn’t have to set up the extra twin nor the sofa bed. Arrival instructions are very thorough and seem overwhelming when you receive them, but quite easy to follow. One of the bathrooms is small, but efficient and the other is a very large bathroom with the cutest little wash machine. If you plan to do laundry, know that this is a tiny wash machine. It works great, but I had to go get more detergent bc I only brought enough pods for big loads. I say this so you can plan accordingly for your needs. Also, there is enough body wash/soap for 1-2 days, but if you plan to stay longer bring your own so that you will have enough. We easily bought both when we needed it. We loved stepping out of our giant front door each day to explore the city. The windows did a great job of blocking the noise and were wonderful to open up and let the fresh air in. Would def stay again!!

The location is great! There's a lot of shopping and restaurants within steps from the apt. We were able to walk to all the tourist destinations, with the farthest being 40 minutes way. The apt is spacious and large. The owner responds to emails quickly. Definitely recommend staying here for the location alone.

Worked like a charm, was a charming location, and host was charming!

You can't go wrong here unless a couple of stairs scare you. My wife, daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. We don't stay in much, but if we had, everything we needed would have been there. Eugenia's communication was exceptional from the first question on booking till our checkout. She was the bomb. The proximity to the Spanish Steps is amazing, and every night we would finish our busy day having a drink on the steps listening to a local guitar player and even an opera singer. Rooms were clean, kitchen had what we needed, and the vibe just worked. Thanks Eugenia, I look forward to coming and staying again!

Perfect!

We couldn’t have lucked out more. This place was perfect for our stay and exactly advertised. The location was great, close to everything you might need, walkable to almost everything else.Eugenia as a great host. Very clear check in and check out instructions. It was easy to get a hold of the host and even when we had a small issue that were very helpful in fixing it. We hope to come back and stay again!

The Spanish Steps

This was our first visit to Rome. We booked this home based on location and price. We arrived at the airport the property manager helped arrange transportation from the airport to the apartment. It was nice to have someone waiting at the airport to take us to the property. This was very convenient. When we arrived at the property there was a bit of confusion on where it exactly was in the building. A phone call helped clear this up. We had arrived early, but where able to leave our luggage and go explore. The apartment was as advertised and worked for our family very well. The location was great. Literally right at the Spanish Steps. Would recommend this apartment to others!

Spanish Steps property review

A lovely property, in a great location! The host was extremely welcoming, and made arrangements for check in and check out to suit our flight times, which was really appreciated. We stayed with our children age 12 and 13 and were very comfortable. Would highly recommend! Woulrecommend!

Great location with access to all of Rome by foot.

We took the streets and were able to travel by foot to all of the locations we were looking for including shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. The wifi was quite fast and could be used to check on work and keep in touch with friends at home.

Rome Spanish Steps

We were extremely unhappy with this property, from check-in until we left. There were 2 small thin towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, and the first rolls were half empty. There was no water, no coffee, nothing but bare walls. Very dark apartment, down 2 floors from street level, and the interior lighting was not adequate. Smelled musky and damp. When we contacted the owner, she simply replied I only rented you the apartment, nothing else. There were two bathrooms and only one useable with a small shower that leaked — you had to turn off the water after showering due to the constant drip. True other bathroom had a tub but no operable shower. You would have to sit in the tub and use the hose. It was pretty dirty, as there was hair on top of the towel rack. The bedrooms were both up very narrow stairs and both bathrooms were downstairs which made it unsafe to walk down in the dark, especially for my husband. Had we have known this we would not have rented it. Whenever I texted w/the owner she became very defensive and just said everyone loves my apartment. We went out and stayed out everyday until after dinner since it was so depressing. It was 2 floors down and you had to walk up two flights of stairs to go out. The lift was small and hard to figure out. The morning we were leaving, she was adamant that we get out exactly at 10 and we were waiting for our driver to help us. Sadly, I think she only cares.only only cares about herself the ot

Very communicative host. Eugenia was prompt with responses. Location was excellent atop the Spanish Steps. Rental was extremely spacious. Eugenia also was receptive to us checking in a few hours early. We appreciated the stay- especially the air conditioning!

Perfect Location, Accommodating Host!

We highly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location on the top of the Spanish Steps was amazing, the apartment was lovely, and Eugenia was very accommodating. She organized a transfer from the airport, allowed us to store our luggage earlier than the check-in time, and was very amenable to our last minute request to have two more family members stay in the apartment for one night. Highly recommend this property!
